【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesproceduresforobtainingtristimulusvalues,luminancefactorsandchromaticitycoordinatesoffluorescent-retroreflectivematerialsbybispectralcolorimetryusinga45:0or0:45opticalmeasuringsystem.TheCIE1931(2x00B0;)standardobserverisusedtocalculatethecolorimetricpropertiesoffluorescent-retroreflectivesheetingandmarkingsusedindaytimehighvisibilitytrafficcontrolandpersonalsafetyapplicationsbecauseinpracticethesematerialsareprimarilyviewedfromadistancewheretheysubtendlessthan4x00B0;ofthevisualfield.Thistestmethodisapplicabletoobject-colorspecimensofanyglosslevel.Duetotheretroreflectivepropertiesofthesematerialsthecolorimetricdatamaynotbesuitableforuseincomputercolorantformulation.Thistestmethodissuitableforqualitycontroltestingoffluorescent-retroreflectivesheetingandmarkingmaterials.Note18212;Separationofthefluorescenceandreflectancecomponentsfromthetotalcolorimetricpropertiesprovidesusefulandmeaningfulinformationtoevaluateindependentlytheluminescentanddiffusereflectiveefficiencyandconsistencyofthesematerials.Thistestmethodistherefereemethodfordeterminingtheconformanceoffluorescent-retroreflectivesheetingandmarkingmaterialstostandarddaytimecolorimetricspecifications.1.1Thistestmethoddescribestheinstrumentalmeasurementofthecolorimetricproperties(CIEtristimulusvalues,luminancefactors,andchromaticitycoordinates)offluorescent-retroreflectivesheetingandmarkingmaterialswhenilluminatedbydaylight.1.2Thistestmethodisgenerallyapplicabletoanysheetingormarkingmaterialhavingcombinedfluorescentandretroreflectivepropertiesusedfordaytimehighvisibilitytrafficcontrolandpersonalsafetyapplications.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesthecondensation/adsorptiontechnique,includingthesamplingsystem,todeterminethewatervapourconcentrationinthefluegasesemittingtoatmospherefromductsandstacks.ThistechniqueisusuallyusedalloverEuropeforwatervapourmonitoring.HowevertobeimplementedastheStandardReferenceMethod(SRM),theuserhastodemonstratethattheperformancecharacteristicsofthemethodarebetterthantheperformancecriteriadefinedinthisEuropeanStandardandthattheoveralluncertaintyofthemethodislessthan+_20%ofthemeasuredvalue.ThisEuropeanStandardastheStandardReferenceMethod(SRM)isusedforperiodicmonitoringandforcalibrationorcontrolofAutomaticMeasuringSystems(AMS)permanentlyinstalledonastack,forregulatorypurposesorotherpurposes.AnAlternativeMethodtothisSRMmaybeusedprovidedthattheusercandemonstrateequivalenceaccordingtotheTechnicalSpecificationCEN/TS14793,tothesatisfactionofhisnationalaccreditationbodyorlaw.Thedeterminationofwatervapourismainlynecessaryfor:--regulatorypurposes,toexpresstheconcentrationatstandardconditions(ondrygas);--adjusttheflowrateforisokineticsampling,whenadrygasflowratemeteringdeviceisused.Forbothapplications,thequantitytobemeasuredistheamountofwaterpresentinthegasphase(vapour),whichdoesnotincludewaterdroplets.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicableintherangefrom4%to40%relativehumidityandforwatervapourconcentrationfrom29g/m3to250g/m3asawetgas,althoughforagiventemperaturetheupperlimitofthemethodisrelatedtothemaximumpressureofwaterinairorinthegas.ThisEuropeanStandardhasbeenevaluatedduringfieldtestsonwasteincineration,co-incinerationandlargecombustioninstallations.Ithasbeenvalidatedforsamplingperiodsof30minintheconcentrationrangeof7%to26%volume.InthisEuropeanStandardalltheconcentrationsareexpressedinnormalconditions(273Kand101,3kPa).NOTEForsaturatedconditionsthecondensation/adsorptionmethodisnotapplicable.SomeguidanceisgiveninthisEuropeanStandardtodealwithfluegaswhendropletsarepresent.
