【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportpresentsanevaluationofaround-robintestofvibrationmeasurementmethodsfordeterminingvibrationinhand-heldgrinders.Theaimoftheround-robintestwastoestablishatestmethodthatcouldmeettherequirementofISO20643formeasurementofvibrationemissionsinthreedirections,foraccordancewiththeplanned-to-be-revisedISO8662-4.Thevalueobtainedbysuchatestmethodmustcorrespondtothehighestvibrationvalueslikelytooccurundertypicalandnormalworkingconditionsofthemachine,i.e.theupperquartileofthevibrationinrealuse.Thisacknowledgesthattheupperboundaryof“typicalandnormal”conditionscanbeexceededbysomeconditionsof“realuse”.Vibrationatgrindingcanmainlybedividedintovibrationcausedbyunbalanceofthegrindingwheelandprocessvibrationgeneratedbythecontactbetweenthegrindingwheelandtheworkpiece.TheunbalanceparthasbeenshowntobethegreaterofthetwoandISO8662-4isbasedonthis.InthisTechnicalReport,thetestmethodconsistsofanumberofaveragedmeasurementsusinganunbalancedisc,withanunbalancecorrespondingtotheupperlimitoftheunbalancesfoundamongrealgrindingwheels.WhereasISO8662-4coversalltypesofhand-heldgrinders,theround-robintestpresentedinthisTechnicalReportwasbasedongrindingwithdepressedcentre-wheels,oneofthemostcommongrindingapplications.
