【摘要】:Replacement:Thispart2appliestoequipmentintendedforinvitrodiagnostic(IVD)medicalpurposes,includingself-testIVDmedicalpurposes.IVDmedicalequipment,whetherusedaloneorincombination,isintendedbythemanufacturertobeusedinvitrofortheexaminationofspecimens,includingbloodandtissuesamples,derivedfromthehumanbody,solelyorprincipallyforthepurposeofprovidinginformationconcerningoneormoreofthefollowing:aphysiologicalorpathologicalstate;oracongenitalabnormality;thedeterminationofsafetyandcompatibilitywithpotentialrecipients;themonitoringoftherapeuticmeasures.Self-testIVDmedicalequipmentisintendedbythemanufacturerforusebylaypersonsinahomeenvironment.NOTEIfallorpartoftheequipmentfallswithinthescopeofoneormoreotherpart2standardsofIEC61010aswellaswithinthescopeofthisstandard,itwillalsoneedtomeettherequirementsofthoseotherpart2standards.
