【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthevisualdeterminationofthecolorofawidevarietyofpetroleumproducts,suchaslubricatingoils,heatingoils,dieselfueloils,andpetroleumwaxes.Note1-TestMethodD156isapplicabletorefinedproductsthathaveanASTMcolorlighterthan0.5.IPMethod17includesaprocedureformeasuringthecolorofundyed,refinedproductssuchasgasoline,whitespirit,andkerosinebycomparisonwithaseriesofIPStandardglasses.Italsoincludesaprocedurebywhichpetroleumproducts,exceptblackoilsandbitumens,maybemeasuredfortintanddepthofcolorintermsofLovibondunitsbyaseriesofred,yellow,andblueglasses.Thistestmethodreportsresultsspecifictothetestmethodandrecordedas"ASTMColor."Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
