【摘要】:Thevolumepercentofphysicalcomponentsofcoalisusedasanaidincoalseamcorrelationandinthecharacterizationofcoalsfortheiruseincarbonization,gasification,liquefaction,andcombustionprocesses.Thistestmethodisforuseinscientificandindustrialresearch,notcomplianceorrefereetests.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheequipmentandtechniquesusedfordeterminingthephysicalcompositionofacoalsampleintermsofvolumepercentoftheorganiccomponentsandofmineralmatter,ifdesired.1.2Thetermweightistemporarilyusedinthistestmethodbecauseofestablishedtradeusage.Thewordisusedtomeanbothforceandmassandcaremustbetakentodeterminewhichismeantineachcase(theSIunitforforceisnewtonandformass,kilogram).1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
