【摘要】:ThisPartofBS3876specifiesrequirementsforverticalspindleropepulleys,mountingsandassembliesintendedforuseincollierytrackhaulage.NOTE1.Wheretheword'vertical'isusedinthisPartitreferstotheinstalledpositionofthespindle.ThisPartofBS3876appliesto:(a)pulleys,suppliedwithoutmountings,withthroatdiameterslessthan300mm;(b)mountings;and(c)pulleyassembliesthatcompriseboththepulleysandthemountings.ThepulleystowhichthisPartappliesarethoseintendedtobeusedtodeflectthehaulageropehorizontallythroughsmallanglesaroundeachpulley(i.e.uptoabout10°,seeappendixC)fromitsstraightlinedirectionoftravel.NOTE2.AppendixAgivestheinformationwhichshouldbesuppliedbythepurchaser,inhisenquiryand/ororderforpulleys,mountingsandassembliesinaccordancewiththisPartofBS3876.NOTE3.AppendixBgivestheinformationthatwillberequiredbythepurchaser,tobesuppliedbythesupplier,priortothesupplyofpulleys,mountingsandassembliesinaccordancewiththisPartofBS3876.NOTE4.AppendixCgivesgeneralrecommendationsforthedesignandoperatingspeedsforcollierytrackhaulagepulleyswithverticalspindles.NOTE5.NoinspectionrequirementsarespecifiedinthisPartofBS3876.However,atypicalrequirementthatapurchasermaychoosetowriteintohisorderorcontractforpulleys,mountingsandassembliestothisPartisgiveninappendixD.NOTE6.ThetitlesofthepublicationsreferredtointhisPartofBS3876arelistedontheinsidebackcover.
